  8. if you are in the habit of teeth grinding or clenching, one must wear a night guard to protect the teeth .

In case the patient is unable to follow the above instructions and does not visit the dentist for regular checkups there can be significant bone loss and implants will lose their support resulting in implant failure over a period of time
